  • Sound or Gong Baths

It is now widely accepted that most illness is stress related. Therefore treatment methodologies that promote relaxation and help reduce stress can be a very effective way to prevent and treat illness. Sound or Gong bathing is a type of inactive meditation, where you “bathe” in the healing vibrations of sound. Using sound as a form of healing dates back to ancient cultures.

  • Sound & Movement Therapy

The SAMT approach allows people to dialogue deeply with themselves through breath and body awareness, mindfulness and reflective practice. Sound therapy instruments and techniques allow people to go deeper and support physical, emotional and mental release.

  • Cacao Ceremonies & Harmonious Dance

The Cacao Ceremony is a simple ritual, is suitable for people of all walks of life. Cacao is a bean which grows on trees native to Central and South Americas. It’s said to be a “superfood” as a portion contains more antioxidants than blueberries.

  • Corporate Sound Therapy

An investment in employee well-being can result in increased resilience, improved employee engagement, a reduction in sickness absence, and a greater level of performance and productivity.

  • Drum Journey

The room is often darkened and cleansed with sage. Everything is in place for a peaceful, relaxing time together. The session begins with a relaxing mediation to ease away the stresses and strains you walked in with and you enter into the here and now. The drum is played for 30 which takes you to a deep relaxed state . The percussion section then rouses you back to awakened state.

  • Rhythm of Life

In this session participants explore the entraining properties of rhythm and how it can be used to improve health and wellbeing. By reflecting on our daily rhythms we are able to see where there is an imbalance in our life. Too much time in a stimulating rhythm can lead to exhaustion and stress within the system which may lead to illness.

  • Drum Circles

In a drum circle, people gather to make music using a variety of drums and percussion instruments. The music is free-form, without a clear beginning or end. It's all equal in drum circles, and no note is wrong. It's not about perfection but rather participation.

  • Narrative Soundscape

Sound can offer us a powerful way to explore our resistances and transform them, So that we may find release and return to a feeling of flow in our lives. Narrative soundscapes are an interactive form of group sound therapy where each participant contributes to a co-created soundscape.
